On Friday, the 9th of July 2010, the Neuflize Opportunités main fund absorbed the Neuflize USA Opportunités € hedged fund bringing the structure in line with industry practice and creating four principal share classes for Neuflize USA Opportunités.

Given the current market situation we would like to remind our investors that we have no direct exposure to government bonds issued by Greece, Portugal, Spain, Ireland or Italy in any of our public funds or customized mandates. Any liquidity held in our portfolios that is not invested in equities, is primarily invested in German, French and/or US bonds.
